2010 Training

Here is the 2010 training schedule for 2010.

 

Women's 7pm - 8:30pm Wednesday Nights @ CBC

 

Men's 7:30pm - 9pm Wednesday Nights @ CBC

 

Please make sure you are there early and ready to go for the start of your training session.
